Step 1
Let's start by making batter. Mix flour with starch, eggs and water until the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Peel and core the apples. Cut into small wedges, roll in flour, dip in batter and deep-fry. Place on a plate with a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
Step 3
In a frying pan, melt the sugar and butter, stir until the color changes and remove the resulting caramel from the heat. Pour sesame seeds into it and lay out the apple slices.
Step 4
Mix everything quickly and thoroughly so that the apples are completely covered with caramel, but do not stick together. Dip each piece in a glass of ice water for a second using a fork or skewer and place on a lightly oiled plate. Serve immediately.
