This recipe is perfect for those who are watching their diet. Green beans are available all year round and do not lose their valuable trace elements even when frozen. And sesame seeds in combination with olive oil will be an excellent base for the marinade.
It is necessary
- - green beans (220 g);
- - thick soy sauce (2, 5 tbsp. L.);
- - wine vinegar (7 ml);
- –Sugar to taste;
- - olive oil (7 ml).
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare all the ingredients. To do this, take the green beans, rinse each one well, and then chop it into small cubes. Place any saucepan on the burner, add water and transfer the beans. Cook until the beans are half soft.
Step 2
Place the beans in a colander and let the water drain off. Toast the sesame seeds in a deep dry skillet. Remember to stir the seeds constantly with a wooden spatula, as sesame seeds can burn quickly. When the sesame is ready, transfer the seeds to the beans and stir.
Step 3
While the green beans are cooling, prepare the future dressing. In a small but deep bowl, combine the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and olive oil in succession. Whisk thoroughly. For a change, chopped garlic can be added to the dressing, and spicy lovers often put a pinch of red pepper in such a salad.
Step 4
Pour the resulting marinade into the beans with sesame seeds, stir well and place in a cool place for infusion. The dish will be ready in 20-40 minutes. This appetizer looks good on the table both as a side dish and as an independent vegetable dish.
