Mimosa salad is a frequent guest at almost every festive table. It is difficult to surprise guests with this dish, and home ones too. Instead of salad, you can make snack balls using pretty much the same ingredients.
It is necessary
- - canned fish (saury or pink salmon) - 1 can;
- - hard cheese - 70 g;
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - potatoes - 1 pc;
- - carrots - 1 pc;
- - green onions - 1/2 bunch;
- - sour cream - 2 tbsp. l;
- - soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l;
- - sesame seed - 4 tbsp. l. with a slide.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled, then drain the boiling water and fill them with ice water. Rinse the potatoes and carrots and boil until tender in salted water. Drain and leave to cool. We clean the cooled ingredients.
Step 2
We open the canned fish, drain the oil, transfer the contents of the jar to a bowl. If there are large bones or spices, remove them. Knead canned food with a fork until smooth.
Step 3
We rub the potatoes on a coarse grater and put them in a container with pink salmon. Carrots, only grated on a medium grater, add to the same place. We also rub hard cheese and eggs on a medium grater and add to the rest of the ingredients. We wash the green onion feathers, shake slightly to remove the water, finely chop and pour into the salad. Add sour cream, soy sauce to a bowl and knead with your hands until smooth. From the resulting mass, we form small balls, about the size of a five-ruble coin.
Step 4
In a clean, dry frying pan, fry the sesame seeds until golden brown. Pour the sesame seed onto a flat plate or sheet of clean paper. Roll each ball in sesame seeds and put on a flat dish. If desired, you can cool or decorate with sprigs of greenery.
