Cold snacks are very popular on the festive and everyday table. This is due to the speed of preparation and the absence of the need to reheat before serving. I propose to try to prepare another version of a cheese snack with an amazing taste and beauty of execution.
It is necessary
- - 200 grams of any hard cheese;
- - 100 grams of feta cheese;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 medium bunch of parsley;
- - half a bunch of mint;
- - 6 teaspoons of sesame seeds;
- - 5 lettuce leaves;
- - salt and lemon juice to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cheese and hard cheese are grated on a coarse grater. Peel the garlic, wash it and then mince it. Mint and parsley greens are also washed and finely chopped.
Step 2
Mix hard cheese and feta cheese, add chopped garlic to them, salt and pour in one teaspoon of chopped mint and parsley.
Step 3
Form balls from the resulting mass and place them in a cool place for an hour and a half.
Step 4
Sesame seeds are fried in a well-heated pan until golden brown and poured into a deep dish.
Step 5
Part of the cheese balls are doused in a mixture of chopped mint and parsley, and the second part in prepared sesame seeds.
Step 6
They wash lettuce leaves well in running water, scald them with boiling water and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread the leaves on a flat serving plate and carefully lay out the resulting cheese balls on top of them.
