It is necessary

    • 500 g pork;
    • 30 g sesame seeds;
    • 4 tablespoons bread crumbs;
    • 2 egg;
    • 300 g carrots;
    • 1 clove of garlic;
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
    • 250 g sweet pepper;
    • 200 g green beans;
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce;
    • 4 tablespoons ketchup;
    • - 1 glass of meat broth;
    • 3 tsp starch;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Take ready-made pork chops or cut the meat across the grain into portions approximately 1 cm thick. Beat each piece with a wooden mallet so that they are no more than 5 mm thick.

Step 2

Fry the sesame seeds in a dry skillet to reveal their flavor and aroma. Combine the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. Divide these ingredients into separate plates. Beat eggs.

Step 3

Dip the pieces of pork in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs and then in sesame seeds. Repeat the procedure 1-2 more times. As a result, the meat should be evenly coated with breading.

Step 4

Preheat a skillet and pour a spoonful of vegetable oil into it. Sear the meat on each side. If the breading starts to burn and the pork is still raw, reduce the heat and bring the chops until tender. To check if the meat is ready, pierce it with a knife - clear juice should stand out. Transfer the chops to a plate and, covered with a lid, place in a warm place to keep warm.

Step 5

Peel the carrots. Core the bell peppers. Cut vegetables into strips. Wash the green beans. If you cannot get fresh food, then you can use special frozen vegetable mixtures. Saute the carrots, peppers, beans and minced garlic in the same skillet where the chops were previously fried, until golden brown. If using frozen vegetables, fry until the excess liquid evaporates.

Step 6

Combine soy sauce, ketchup, and starch. Dissolve the mixture in the meat broth and pour into the pan with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the dish for another 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. In the end, you can add stewed chops to the vegetables to make the meat more tender.

Step 7

Place the stewed vegetables on a plate, place the pork slices on top and serve. You can use rice as a side dish.
