Dopamine is another hormone that is associated with food absorption. It is generally accepted that it is dopamine that is the chemical factor responsible for brain reward. In addition, it is believed that the function of dopamine boils down to the following - not to be responsible for pleasure, but only to anticipate it. We smell delicious food, we see it, and the result is a surge in dopamine. In the modern world, food can be found anywhere - in stores, on billboards, and so on. Therefore, it is not surprising that the dopamine surge can occur many times a day, and this in turn is a direct road to overeating.

Eat more than usual due to various food additives and sugars that block the satiety signal. The more you eat foods containing fructose, the less you will feel like you are full.
