In restaurants, cafes, we are served dishes oversaturated with sugar, salt and fat. The amount of these components in ready-made meals, which can be bought in abundance in supermarkets, is simply off scale. This means that the calorie content of the food consumed is often too high.

On the other hand, food manufacturers are promoting the link between buy, eat and have fun in order to increase income. That is, food is easy to buy, it looks very bright and attractive, and the process of absorbing food replaces entertainment, fun.

So, instead of going to the park for a walk with some fruit, we go to a restaurant and order sushi, pizza, burgers and soda. Moreover, we easily respond to an invitation to go to a catering point, without experiencing severe hunger, but simply for the sake of communication.

To relax in the evening, we also turn to food - we go to the movies or sit in front of the TV with something delicious (cookies, sweets, popcorn).

So what to do with this unhealthy food abundance? Obviously, be smart about the purchase of products and be critical about the promotion of any consumption. Start with the trite:

  1. For groceries, go with a list and the amount of money that is only enough to buy the products listed there.
  2. Get a hobby that won't eat (knit, sew, jigsaw puzzles, ride a bike).

If the causes of the problem are identified, then solving it is a matter of time and volitional efforts. Take care of your own health, and you will see that life will bloom with bright colors!
