It is necessary

  • - Pumpkin - 150 g;
  • - Potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • - Carrots - 1 pc.;
  • - Bay leaf - 1 pc.;
  • - Water - 1 l;
  • - Turmeric - 0.5 tsp;
  • - Coriander - 0.5 tsp;
  • - Olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • - Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp;
  • - Poppy - 2 tablespoons;
  • - Parsley - 0.5 bunch;
  • - Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the carrots and pumpkin, cut into small pieces in the form of cubes. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add nutmeg, turmeric, coriander and bay leaf. Fry all this for one and a half minutes.

Step 2

Add vegetable cubes to the resulting aromatic mixture of oil and spices. Fry everything together, stirring for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and fill them with water. Add the poppy seeds and cook for about 15 minutes so that the potatoes are fully cooked.

Step 4

Add the resulting frying to the finished potato-poppy broth. Add salt and wait for it to boil.

Step 5

Cut the parsley and add to the soup. Done!
