Soup of wisdom was invented in the 19th century in Germany. Many doctors from different countries used to recommend it to the weak-minded and old people to strengthen their memory. According to modern doctors, the constituents of this soup stimulate the production of amino acids in the body, which activate the brain.

- 250 g pumpkin

Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the "soup of wisdom", you will need: 300 gr. beef tenderloin, medium onion, three potatoes, 250 gr. pumpkin, one carrot, two tablespoons of poppy seeds, two tablespoons of chopped parsley and dill.
Step 2
To prepare the soup, you first need to cut the meat into small pieces, dump them in flour and lightly fry in olive oil. Then take the saucepan in which you will cook the soup and transfer the meat to it. In the remaining oil after the meat, fry the onions until golden brown. Next, grate the carrots and pumpkin or chop them in a blender. Move the pumpkin aside for now, and pour the carrot into a frying pan to the onion, stir and fry everything together for two minutes. Cut the potatoes into cubes, rinse the poppy seeds thoroughly in cold water.
Step 3
Put onions with carrots, potatoes, pumpkin, poppy seeds, parsley, dill and bay leaf in a saucepan on the meat. Pour a liter of boiling water, salt, put on fire, bring to a boil and simmer under a lid over low heat for an hour. At the end of cooking, it is necessary to remove the bay leaf from the soup so that it does not spoil the taste of the prepared dish. Add black pepper and let it brew for another half hour. The soup is ready. Bon Appetit!
