The recipe for this fragrant soup came to us from the Czech Republic, where the locals nicknamed it "Chesnechka". Guess what is the main ingredient in the dish? Of course he is the king of spices - garlic. After all, legends about its useful properties do not cease to make up to this day.

Garlic
For a culinary experiment, you will need the following set of foods:
- 2.5 liters of beef broth;
- 4 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 4-5 cloves of garlic;
- 1 egg;
- 50 grams of cheese;
- 4 slices of bread;
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- a teaspoon of cumin;
- a bunch of greens;
- 2 bay leaves;
- salt to taste.
1. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry with two tablespoons of oil until soft and pliable.
2. Bring the beef stock to a boil. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into small cubes and cook in broth for a quarter of an hour.
3. Finely chop the garlic and add to the soup along with the onions, previously watered with spices. In a separate container, beat the egg lightly with a fork and place it in the soup in a thin stream. Mix everything well and cook for 5 minutes. After the allotted time has passed, remove the pan from the heat.
4. Chop the fragrant greens as your imagination tells you. Fry the bread, divided into cubes, in the remaining butter until golden brown. Voila! A fragrant spicy garlic soup is ready! Sprinkle it with grated cheese, herbs and croutons and invite your household to the table.
