Soup in bread is a traditional Czech dish that is enjoyed by all tourists visiting the Czech Republic. You don't have to go on a long trip to enjoy this soup. This dish requires the most common products.
It is necessary
- - a loaf of round rye bread
- -300 grams of pork or beef
- -100 grams of butter
- -100 grams of flour
- -salt, spices-marjoram
- - beef broth (two liters)
- - three cloves of garlic
- -onion
Instructions
Step 1
We need a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Peel and wash the garlic and onion. Cut vegetables into small pieces. Melt 50 grams of butter and lightly fry the garlic and onion in it.
Step 2
Cut the meat into small pieces and add to the vegetables. Put out everything for fifteen minutes. Pour meat broth into a saucepan and simmer for about twenty minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Add potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces. Take the remaining butter, melt it in a skillet, add flour and fry until brown. Add to soup and cook until potatoes are tender. Dip spices into the soup.
Step 4
Carefully cut off the top of a round loaf of rye flour. We select the crumb with a spoon, trying not to damage the side walls. Put the prepared bread in the oven at 180 degrees for five minutes. We do this so that the soup does not immediately soften the bread. Pour soup into the bun, or rather, put it. After all, we have got a thick rich goulash soup.
