Spas soup is a national Armenian dish. It is customary to eat it cold and hot. In hot summer, a bowl of cold soup is pleasantly refreshing. And on a cold winter day, the hot "Spas" will wonderfully warm you. I propose a soup recipe slightly adapted for Russian cuisine.
It is necessary
- -kefir - 1 l;
- - water - 0.5 l;
- - sour cream 15% - 200 g;
- - eggs - 1 pc.;
- - flour - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - round rice - 100 g;
- - cilantro greens - 30 g;
- - onions - 2 pcs.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice until tender.
Step 2
Mix flour, egg, salt, rice and 200 ml of kefir. Mix well until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps.
Step 3
Mix kefir, water, sour cream separately. You can beat with a mixer.
Step 4
Pour kefir with water into the egg-flour mixture. Mix well.
Step 5
Put the soup on very low heat. Stir the soup constantly. After boiling, cook the soup for 2-3 minutes. The soup thickens as it cooks.
Step 6
Fry the onions in vegetable oil. Add to soup.
Step 7
Chop the herbs finely and add to the soup too.
Step 8
Add butter before serving.
