Cooking a traditional Italian dish with an Asian twist.
It is necessary
- For 1 serving:
- Dry paste - 120 g;
- Chicken leg - 1 pc.;
- Olive oil for frying chicken;
- Soy sauce - 3/4 tablespoon;
- Honey - 1 tablespoon (less if soy sauce is sweetish);
- Garlic - 1/2 clove;
- Black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
We clean the meat from bones and cut into pieces. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, spread the chicken and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add honey and soy sauce, pepper, add grated garlic and bring to readiness.
Step 2
Boil the paste in salted water for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package. Throw in a colander, but save 50 ml of water in which the pasta was cooked.
Step 3
Put the pasta in the sauce, add the broth and keep on the fire for about three minutes. Place on preheated bowls and serve immediately. Bon Appetit!
