Process the meat first. To do this, rinse the chicken wings thoroughly in cool water. Then add salt and transfer to a deep cup.

Combine the soy sauce and mustard in a deep bowl. Squeeze the juice from the orange and pour into the mustard and soy sauce mixture. Mix thoroughly again. Then add honey, which must be preheated in a water bath to a liquid state.
