- - 5 tablespoons of soy sauce;
- - 3 tablespoons of natural bee honey;
- - 1 tablespoon of ketchup or tomato paste;
- - 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 1
It is better to choose small wings so that they have time to be thoroughly marinated and soaked in sauce in a short time. Before starting to cook them, the meat must be thoroughly rinsed under cold running water, and then dried on a paper towel.

The marinade is made with soy sauce, ketchup, honey and a little olive oil. Next, the wings need to be poured with the resulting sauce and left to infuse for at least 2-3 hours. If possible, it is best to put a container of meat in sauce on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator overnight.

After the specified period, take a baking sheet, grease it with the remaining olive oil and lay out the marinated wings. You can also sprinkle them with your favorite spices, if desired. But there is enough salt in soy sauce.
