Pancakes are small, fried tortillas made from batter. They differ from pancakes in that they are more lush. Fritters are often served for breakfast. If you like nuts, then you can cook nutty delicate pancakes and serve them with a fragrant nut sauce, you get a double pleasure.
It is necessary
- For fritters:
- - 1 glass of sour milk;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 100 g of nuts;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda.
- For the sauce:
- - 150 ml of milk;
- - 5 teaspoons of nuts;
- - 3 teaspoons of sugar;
- - 2 teaspoons of starch.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind nuts for dough with a blender or with a coffee grinder.
Step 2
Mix kefir, eggs, sugar. Add flour, soda, chopped nuts, stir.
Step 3
Preheat the skillet. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Spoon the pancakes with a ladle, fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Now turn the nut fritters over, fry on the other side for 1.5 minutes.
Step 5
Make a peanut sauce. Mix sugar and starch. Add chopped nuts, mix.
Step 6
Boil milk, add the resulting mixture of starch, nuts and sugar. Cook while stirring. The sauce should thicken.
Step 7
Place the pancakes on a plate, top with peanut sauce, garnish with whole walnut kernels. Best served warm.
