    • raw pumpkin (300 g);
    • semolina (1 glass);
    • milk (1, 5 glasses);
    • eggs (4 pieces);
    • vegetable oil (1 tbsp. spoon);
    • salt and sugar to taste.

Step 1

Get yourself a separate skillet to bake pancakes and fritters. Cast iron pans are best. Such lace pancakes and spongy pancakes cannot be cooked with Teflon.
