Ojakhuri is a delicious and satisfying, national Georgian dish. A dish is prepared from several types of meat and potatoes, with a delicate and fresh aroma of herbs. Such a treat can be safely served on the table on any occasion.

- - Meat (pork, lamb) - 400 g
- - Potatoes - 400 g
- - Tomatoes - 200 g
- - Bow - 1 head
- - Garlic - 2 cloves
- - Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- - Greens - 100 g
- - Hops - suneli - 50 g
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat under running water, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small pieces. Send to a preheated frying pan.
Step 2
Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into cubes. Deep-fry the potatoes, season with salt.
Step 3
Cut the onion into half rings and add to the meat. Add potatoes to the pan and season with salt. Fry for 5 minutes. Cut the garlic into strips and put on fire.
Step 4
Slice the tomato thinly into slices and lay on top of the meat and potatoes. Cover, simmer for 7 minutes.
Step 5
Add finely chopped greens, hops - suneli, mix.
Step 6
Place on a plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
