I consider this cake to be my signature dish. It is prepared very quickly, simply, from inexpensive available products, and the taste is simply delicious! Delicate dough made from condensed milk melts in your mouth, and bananas add their own unique taste and amazing aroma! Take 30 minutes of your time - this cake is worth it!

- - 1 tsp soda;
- - 3 tbsp. flour.
- For the cream:
- - 0, 5 cans of condensed milk (about 200 gr);
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 1 banana.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough: mix the egg with condensed milk, then add the soda quenched with vinegar, then add the flour and mix everything thoroughly. The dough should turn out to be watery, like pancakes.
Step 2
Pour it onto a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil. Lay baking paper greased with sunflower oil on a baking sheet - this will make it much more convenient to get the cake out and it will be much easier to wash the baking sheet. We bake the cake at a temperature of 120 degrees until golden brown. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
While the dough is baking, prepare the cream. To do this, just beat the butter with condensed milk.
Step 4
When the dough acquires a golden hue, take it out of the oven and cut it in half, instead of one large crust we get two small ones. Lubricate one cake with cream, put a banana cut into circles on it, put the second cake on top and grease it again with cream. You can decorate with anything, for example, I just sprinkle with grated chocolate.
