  • - bananas - 500 g (or 3-4 pcs)
  • - sour cream 20% fat - 400-500 g

Instructions

Step 1

Cut each gingerbread lengthwise, dividing it into two parts, equal in thickness. Place the bottom of the gingerbread on a flat round plate. Fill in the entire area with these circles. Gaps should be filled with small pieces or debris that have formed during cutting.

Step 2

Liberally grease the first layer with sour cream. If you want, you can sweeten it a little, but don't be too zealous, otherwise the cake will turn out to be overly sweet. Gingerbread and bananas are enough to create a pleasant sweet taste. And sour cream will add a slight sour taste, which will be very appropriate.

Step 3

Cut the bananas into 0.5 cm thick rings. Place them on top of the sour cream and pour it over the top.

Try to adjust the amount of sour cream on each layer so that it is evenly distributed throughout the cake.

Step 4

Then there is a layer of gingerbread again. Then bananas, sour cream and gingerbread again. And so 3 times. But if there are food left, you can make 4 layers. It is only important that the top layer is of gingerbread, abundantly watered with sour cream.

Leave the tops of the gingerbread on the top layer to make the cake a beautiful streamlined shape. If there are too many upper gingerbread halves left, then you can mark them inside, turning them upside down.

You can shape the cake into a conical shape or keep its diameter along the entire height - this is at your discretion.

Step 5

Now you can decorate the cake. A handful of grated chocolate, chopped nuts or marmalade is enough. You can also use your own decoration or a combination of several ingredients at once.

Step 6

Next, we send the cake to the refrigerator for the night. So it will be well saturated, sour cream will thicken, and gingerbread, on the contrary, will slightly soften. The result is the most delicate flavor combination!
