500 grams of beef, 200 grams of smoked brisket, 200 grams of smoked sausage, 3 potatoes, 3 liters of water, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 3 pickles, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 4 lemon wedges, 4 olives, parsley, 2 bay leaves, sunflower oil

Step 1
Rinse the beef, cover with cold water and cook for 40 minutes. Put the whole peeled onion and 2 bay leaves in the broth and cook for another 20 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the beef from the broth, separate the meat from the bones and cut into cubes. Remove the onion and bay leaf from the broth.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and add to the broth. Peel the onions and carrots and fry in sunflower oil. Grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater.
Step 4
When the potatoes are tender, add the sauteed onions, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes to the broth. After 2 minutes, add the beef, finely chopped smoked brisket and sausage. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the halved olives, lemon wedges, and finely chopped parsley. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and let it brew for 15-20 minutes. You can add sour cream to taste.
