Lovers of sausages and ham. Tasty, satisfying, quick and easy to prepare. Has a rich taste and smell that stimulates the appetite. When cooking, taste the ingredients and do not overcook them. Remember that some of the ingredients are ready-to-eat from the start and do not require lengthy cooking.
It is necessary
- You will need:
- - pot 5-6 liters
- -boiled sausage (sausages or sausages can be used) without bacon 400- (600 if there is no smoked bacon) gr.
- -smoked sausage (you can hunt sausages) 400gr.
- - ham 400g.
- - if there is, then smoked bacon with interlayers of meat 200g.
- - olives or pitted olives 2 cans of liquid
- -lemon 2 pieces
- - mushrooms "champignons" (but others are also possible) 250-350g.
- - onions 2-3 pieces.
- - garlic 1 medium head.
- -carrot 400gr.
- - cabbage 250g.
- -potatoes 250gr.
- - tomato paste (thick) 350g.
- -sunflower oil.
- -salt to taste.
- - spices: allspice, black pepper, coriander, basil, thyme, marjoram (selection and consistency individually to taste).
Instructions
Step 1
Put in boiling water:
-Two types of sausages, ham, smoked lard whole in chunks.
-One whole lemon, pre-pierce it with a knife in several places
-Cook for 30 minutes.
-Sausages, ham, loin after 30 minutes, remove from the broth, allow to cool.
-Remove the lemon from the broth and discard.
Step 2
- Chop sausages, ham, loin into cubes or strips and fry in a pan until golden brown.
-Fry on medium heat with the lid closed. Stir, preferably more often, avoiding sticking.
Step 3
- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or chop them.
Step 4
- Chop the onion, mix with the carrots and fry in a pan until a characteristic slightly golden color. Then add tomato paste to the carrots and onions and fry and simmer in a pan for 10-15 minutes.
-Fry on medium heat with the lid closed.
-Stir preferably more often, avoiding sticking.
Step 5
-Cut the champignons into medium-sized pieces and fry in sunflower oil.
Step 6
-Olives or olives can be tucked into the hodgepodge whole or cut or half whole, and cut the other half.
-It's up to you.
Step 7
- Chop the cabbage into thin-short strips, dice the potatoes and pour into the boiling broth.
-Following fall asleep in the boiling broth:
fried: sausage, ham, carrots with onions and tomatoes, 2 cans of olives or olives with liquid, Champignon mushrooms"
spice, salt to taste (note that some foods in your hodgepodge are already salted - be careful).
-Cook for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-After the end of cooking, cover the pan with a towel and let it brew for 1-2 hours!
Step 8
Cut the lemon into thin rings and add to the boiling hodgepodge 20 minutes until tender.
Step 9
-Cut the garlic into rings and add to the hodgepodge 15 minutes until cooked.
Step 10
-Immediately before use, sprinkle finely chopped dill and parsley into a plate, if desired, of course.
