This chocolate cake, which, by the way, is prepared without flour, turns out to be very tender and tasty. He will not leave indifferent even the most sophisticated sweet tooth. You can cook such a cake without any reason.

- - 1 tablespoon rum
- - 6 cups coconut flakes
- For filling:
- - 450 g dark chocolate (60% cocoa)
- - 1 ¾ cup heavy cream
- For decoration:
- - 40 g white chocolate
- - 2 tablespoons heavy cream

To prepare the dough, beat the butter and rum until fluffy. Add 2 cups of coconut and mix well.

Then add the remaining 4 cups and knead well with your hands. Prepare a 23 cm round baking dish with parchment paper.

The bottom and sides of the mold should be evenly tamped with dough. Cover the edges of the tin with foil to prevent scorching.

Bake for about 15 minutes at 185 ° C or until light brown. Let cool.

For the filling, break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl. Heat heavy cream until boiling, then pour over chocolate. Do the same with the white chocolate in a separate bowl.

Allow the chocolate filling to cool for about 10 minutes, then mix well again and pour over the surface of the crust. Leave on for 1 hour.

If the white chocolate mixture has hardened, then it should be slightly melted. Fill a piping bag with it and draw circles, moving from the center to the edges.
