There are several options for making delicious and filling quick cheese pies. They can be both open and closed. For example, a snack cheese pie with spinach and ham turns out to be very tasty. To prepare it, you need 130 g of flour, eggs, 250 g of sour cream and grated cheese, 150 g of ham, 50 g of vegetable oil, 200 g of spinach leaves and half a teaspoon of baking soda and finely ground salt.

In a container, beat the eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, salt and baking soda until a homogeneous mass is achieved. Pre-sifted flour should be gradually introduced into the resulting mixture, adding it in small portions, and constantly mixing the dough. Finally, add grated cheese, spinach leaves, diced ham to the mass and mix everything again.

If there is no desire to introduce meat into the pie, the ham can be excluded from the recipe.

Grease a baking dish with butter or margarine and put the dough into it. You need to bake a cheese pie for at least half an hour at a temperature of about 180 ° C. It's easy to check if it's ready - just pierce the pie with a toothpick. If at the same time it remains dry, then the cake is ready.

You can make a quick cheese pie differently by using several types of cheese and cottage cheese in its recipe, and making it open.

For a cheese and curd pie with spinach, you will need a package of yeast-free puff pastry, 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 100 g of cream cheese, 50 g of parmesan and feta cheese, 150 g of spinach, 3 eggs, one bunch of sorrel and parsley each, vegetable oil and salt to taste …

The recipe for this cake can be modified based on the available products. So, Parmesan is easily replaced by any other hard cheese.

First you need to prepare the greens. In a preheated frying pan in vegetable oil, bring finely chopped spinach and sorrel until soft. At the last moment, add the equally finely chopped parsley. After a minute, remove the pan from the heat and let the herbs cool down.

At this time, creamy cottage cheese and feta cheese should be kneaded into a homogeneous mass and eggs should be added to it. Last but not least, you need to add greens to the mixture.

Grease the baking dish with oil and carefully place the slightly rolled puff pastry on it. On top of the base of the cake, you need to lay out the filling and form the sides of the future cake. Finally, sprinkle the cake with grated Parmesan and put in the oven. It should be baked for about half an hour in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees.

Serve these pies cooled down, so immediately after cooking they need to be cut into pieces to speed up this process. Due to the cheese included in their composition, they cool down for a long time. They can be used as a stand-alone dish, as a snack, or as a side dish. Cheese pies go especially well with chicken dishes, including chicken broth, or with vegetable salads that perfectly emphasize their taste.
