Hearty and tasty casserole with plenty of mushrooms, spinach and minced meat. You can cook in a pan or in the oven. But the casserole turns out to be much more aromatic from the oven.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of spinach;
- - 250 g of minced meat, mushrooms, hard cheese;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse fresh mushrooms, cut them into slices, hold in a hot skillet without adding oil until the liquid evaporates. Rinse the spinach, cut the petioles, chop the leaves.
Step 2
Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan with mushrooms, add chopped spinach. Cook for 2 minutes - this is enough for the spinach to lose volume and soften. Transfer the contents to a bowl. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Send eggs and sour cream to a bowl with spinach and mushrooms, add minced meat, 2/3 grated cheese, knead the dough. Finish with flour and baking powder on top. Stir until a smooth, thick dough is obtained.
Step 4
Cover the baking dish with parchment, the paper should go over the sides of the form. Put the finished dough on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, bake for 30-35 minutes at 180-190 degrees in the oven. Make sure the cheese doesn't burn on top.
Step 5
A quick casserole with meat, spinach and mushrooms is ready. It is equally tasty both hot and chilled. A great option for a hearty dinner.
