  • - beef 600 g
  • - potatoes 300 g
  • - mushrooms 200 g
  • - onion 1 pc.
  • - sweet pepper 1 pc.
  • - meat broth 400 ml
  • - cream 30 ml
  • - olive and butter
  • - tomato paste
  • - basil leaves
  • - dill
  • - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the beef, dry it with a napkin and mince it.

Step 2

Cut the onion and bell pepper into thin half rings, transfer to a preheated pan and sauté in olive oil. A few minutes before the end of frying, put the minced meat prepared earlier. Simmer everything for about 20 minutes with the addition of broth, finely chopped mushrooms, tomato paste, spices and chopped basil leaves.

Step 3

Peel and boil the potatoes, then mash them in mashed potatoes, mix with butter and cream until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 4

Grease the form with butter and put the mixture of mushrooms and minced meat, then put mashed potatoes. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Decorate the finished casserole with chopped dill, cut into portions and serve hot.
