Potatoes are a traditional dish in Russian cuisine. Many different dishes are prepared with it. Delicious potatoes are cooked in the oven with mushrooms and meat.
It is necessary
- - potatoes 1 kg;
- - pork pulp 500-600 g;
- - onions 2-3 pcs.;
- - mayonnaise 100 ml;
- - fresh mushrooms 300 g;
- - hard cheese 100 g;
- - garlic 2-3 cloves;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - seasonings to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and husk onions and potatoes, wash, dry with a paper towel. Remove the top layer from the mushrooms. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Grease a baking dish with oil, put half of the potatoes on the bottom. Season with salt and sprinkle.
Step 2
Wash the pork, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small pieces. Place on top of the potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut the onion into rings, pour in 1 tbsp. spoon of vinegar and leave for 7 minutes. Then place the meat on top. Salt, pepper, brush with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Step 4
Peel and chop the garlic. Place onion on top. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, put onion and garlic on top, then salt. Next, lay out the remaining potatoes. Lubricate it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with seasonings. Grate the cheese, sprinkle the casserole on top.
Step 5
Cover the casserole dish with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Remove the foil 15 minutes before cooking to create a golden crust.
