If you want to pamper your household with a tasty and healthy omelet, then I advise you to prepare this dish in accordance with GOST. All it takes to make a childhood-flavored omelet is to keep the exact proportions of milk and eggs.

Omelet according to GOST in the oven: recipe

- four chicken eggs;

- from 80 to 120 ml of milk (depending on the size of the eggs, if they are large, then 30 ml of milk is taken for one egg, if small, then 20 ml);

- salt (to taste);

- vegetable oil (for greasing the baking sheet).

Break eggs into a bowl and add milk and salt to it, observing all proportions. Mix everything thoroughly. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and pour the egg-milk mass into it so that its layer does not reach more than five centimeters (for this it is better to use a wide form). Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. After the time has passed, remove the omelet from the oven, brush with butter and sprinkle with any herbs to taste. To keep the food as lush, it is advisable to leave it to cool in the oven.

Omelet according to GOST in a multicooker

- five large eggs;

- a glass of milk;

- a pinch of salt.

Break the eggs into a deep, wide bowl, add milk to them, salt and beat with a fork or whisk for about a minute. Lubricate the multicooker form with any oil, then pour the prepared mass into it. Leave the lid on the kitchen appliance and place the baked goods on it for 20 minutes. After the time has passed, close the lid of the multicooker and let the omelet cool slightly. Carefully remove the finished dish from their forms, brush with butter, cut into portions and serve along with toast.
