Those same cheesecakes that most of us ate with delight in kindergarten!
It is necessary
- - 700 g of cottage cheese;
- - 200 g of carrots;
- - 15 g butter;
- - 20 g of water;
- - 15 g semolina;
- - 1 egg;
- - 75 g of sugar;
- - 125 g flour;
- - vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots, rub finely and simmer in butter with the addition of 20 g of water over medium heat. Pour in the semolina and, continuously stirring, wait until the semolina swells. Then we set aside from the stove to cool.
Step 2
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add it to the carrots, break the egg there, add sugar and 2/3 of the total amount of flour. Knead and form the cheesecakes thoroughly, roll them in the remaining third of the flour.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan greased with vegetable oil and fry the cheese cakes over medium heat until tender. Alternatively, you can only lightly fry them, and bring them to readiness in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
