- 100 g butter
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 100 g dried apricots,
- 7 g raisins
- 150 g long grain rice
- 5 tbsp. l. olive oil,
- 1 PC. hot pepper
- saffron, thyme, salt to taste, black pepper.

Step 1
We take out the butter half an hour before cooking, so that it becomes soft. Finely chop 3 cloves, mix them with butter, add ground pepper and coat with the resulting mass of chicken. Before sending the chicken to the oven, put carefully washed raisins and dried apricots on it. We bake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Water the chicken from time to time with the released juice. This will keep the meat from drying out.
Step 2
At the same time, we cook rice with an amazing spice - saffron. Soak the saffron threads in 0.5 cups of boiled water.
Step 3
We wash the rice, cut hot pepper, a clove of garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the pepper, garlic and thyme. After 1, 5 minutes, take out the pepper, garlic and thyme from the oil. Immediately put the rice in the oil and stir quickly so that the rice absorbs the aromatic oil. Pour in water with saffron and simmer after the water is absorbed, add another glass of water, salt and simmer until tender.
Serve on the table with chicken.
