  • - 800 g of fish fillets (fillets of any fish can be used);
  • - 3 tbsp. l. flour;
  • - 1 tbsp. hot boiled water;
  • - 1 tbsp. l. butter;
  • - 1 tsp. 6% vinegar;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Flour must be fried in a preheated pan with a little oil.

Step 2

Add hot water in a thin stream, stirring constantly to avoid clumping.

Add salt, vinegar and pepper.

Cut ¼ part of the lemon with the peel and add to the sauce. Simmer over low heat for 1 minute. Turn off heat and cool.

Cut out squares from the foil in the shape of a fish fillet.
