Prepare this dish for a festive dinner and please all invited guests. It turns out a very tasty and tender fish with a pleasant lemon flavor.
It is necessary
- - 800 g of fish fillets (fillets of any fish can be used);
- - 3 tbsp. l. flour;
- - 1 tbsp. hot boiled water;
- - 1 tbsp. l. butter;
- - 1 tsp. 6% vinegar;
- - 1 lemon;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Flour must be fried in a preheated pan with a little oil.
Step 2
Add hot water in a thin stream, stirring constantly to avoid clumping.
Step 3
Add salt, vinegar and pepper.
Step 4
Cut ¼ part of the lemon with the peel and add to the sauce. Simmer over low heat for 1 minute. Turn off heat and cool.
Cut out squares from the foil in the shape of a fish fillet.
Step 5
Each fillet must be dipped in the sauce, placed in the center of the foil, and covered with a lemon wedge on top. Wrap the foil tightly with an envelope.
Step 6
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for half an hour. You can cook fish fillets in a double boiler. To do this, you just need to dip the fillet in the sauce and place in a double boiler.
Step 7
Serve fish directly in foil.

You can decorate the dish with cherry tomatoes and a few sprigs of rosemary.
