- Onions - 4 pieces;
- Lemon - 1 piece;
- Salt, pepper, bay leaf - to taste;
- Greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the catfish thoroughly, gut and cut off the gills.
Step 2
Place it under running water. This is necessary in order to get rid of the mud smell.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, brush with spices and rub the fish with lemon juice.
Step 4
Place the catfish in a plastic bag and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
Chop the onion and herbs, sprinkle with spices and lemon juice.
Step 6
Remove the catfish from the bag, remove the marinade and place on the foil.
Step 7
Stuff the belly of the fish with cooked onions and herbs.
