Kissel is a sweet dessert jelly-like dish made from fresh fruits and berries, with the addition of starch. Beautifully served jelly from tropical fruits will be a wonderful dessert.
It is necessary
- - mango - 2 pcs.;
- - grape juice - 2 glasses;
- - starch - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - sugar - 1 tsp;
- - vanilla ice cream - 50 g;
- - mint - a few leaves;
- - berries (raspberries, strawberries) - for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the mango, grind the pulp in a blender.
Step 2
Warm up the grape juice a little, add the mango puree and sugar. We put on fire and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
We dilute the starch in 75 ml of cold water.
Step 4
We introduce the diluted starch into a mixture of mango puree and juice, cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. It is necessary to ensure that there are no lumps. Cool the kissel.
Step 5
Put the chilled jelly in the glasses, put on top of a ball of ice cream. Decorate with berries and mint leaves.
