Ice cream is a favorite dessert by many since childhood. Recently, many with great success have been preparing this delicacy at home from all kinds of products, options based on cream and condensed milk are especially tasty.

It is necessary

  • - 500 ml whipping cream;
  • - a bag of vanillin;
  • - 300 ml of condensed milk;
  • - 30 grams of nuts (walnuts and / or cashews);
  • - three tablespoons of any jam.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the bag of whipping cream in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. After a while, pour the cream into a deep dish and start whipping it with a mixer: first beat at a slow speed, after a minute increase it a little and bring it to maximum in five minutes. Continue whipping the cream until the mass approximately doubles in volume, and its thickness resembles a very dense foam (if this does not happen, then place the dish with cream again in the freezer and hold it for another 15-20 minutes, after then repeat the procedure).

Step 2

Pour the condensed milk into a separate dish, add the vanillin and mix thoroughly. Combine whipped cream with condensed milk and stir gently: stir carefully, as cream, when mixed with a large amount of sugar (and there is a lot of it in condensed milk) can fall off.

Step 3

Lightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, chop, add to the creamy condensed mass and mix. Place the dish with the prepared mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Step 4

After a while, remove the dish from the freezer, beat its contents thoroughly and put it back in the freezer. Thus, the ice cream must be whipped every 30-50 minutes for three to four hours (depending on the degree of its freezing).

Step 5

Transfer the finished ice cream to the bowls with a special spoon and decorate with jam. Ice cream with cream and condensed milk can be served.
