A better duet for making cream than sour cream and condensed milk is probably hard to imagine. These two products complement each other beautifully, creating the perfect texture and sweetness for a tasty cake filler.
Simple cream of condensed milk and sour cream
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk (400 g);
- 400 g sour cream from 25% fat;
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract;
- 50 ml of brandy;
- half a lemon.
Remove the sour cream from the refrigerator 40 minutes before cooking so that it has time to warm to room temperature, this is important for the correct texture of the cream. Place the fermented milk product in a blender bowl and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour condensed milk there in small portions, without stopping the operation of the technique, add vanilla extract one by one, then brandy and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Continue whisking the cream for at least 15 minutes, it should become fluffy, but thick at the same time. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Condensed milk and sour cream butter cream
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cans of condensed milk (200 g);
- 250 g sour cream;
- 250 g of high quality butter;
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar (10 g).
Remove the butter from the cold 30-40 minutes before preparing the dessert filler for softening. Stir it thoroughly with condensed milk, pouring it in gradually and in a thin stream, using a whisk or mixer operating at moderate speed. Only when both components are well mixed, add a spoonful of sour cream and vanilla sugar at the end.
If after some time the cream has exfoliated, which may well happen due to the temperature difference between its ingredients, take a part of it and heat it on the stove or in the microwave until the butter melts, and then mix with the bulk.
Delicate cream made from condensed milk and sour cream
Ingredients:
- 500 g of 25% sour cream;
- 500 g of condensed milk;
- 200 ml of 30% cream.
Foam the cream in a mixer. Without stopping the movement of the nozzles, stir in condensed milk, and after it - sour cream. Stir the cream very vigorously until smooth and use immediately as directed. To taste, you can add cocoa powder, coconut or chocolate chips, powder or natural dye to it.
Fruit cream made from condensed milk and sour cream
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 500 g of 25% sour cream;
- 2 ripe bananas.
Remove the skins from the bananas, cut the flesh into cubes and mash with a fork until puree is obtained. Combine it with condensed milk and sour cream, transfer to a blender or food processor and whisk. Instead of bananas, you can take any other fruit or berries. The latter need to be wiped through a fine sieve if they are grainy.
