We all love to enjoy delicious ice cream in hot weather or on holidays. Today we will tell you how to make ice cream at home. It will be a dessert made from condensed milk and heavy cream.

It is necessary

  • - condensed milk (100 g);
  • - cream 30% fat or higher (300 g);
  • - cashew nuts (40 g);
  • - dark chocolate (4 pieces).

Instructions

Step 1

Heat a frying pan without oil, fry the nuts on it until golden brown. Remove cashews from skillet and leave to cool.

Step 2

Grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Chop the nuts with a knife. Mix chocolate with nuts.

Step 3

Place the cream in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to cool. Whisk in chilled cream for 5 minutes. Add a tablespoon of condensed milk to them and continue to beat until the consistency of a strong foam.

Step 4

Transfer the creamy mass into ice cream tins. Sprinkle it on top with a mixture of nuts and chocolate. Cover the molds with cling film, place them in the freezer for 6 hours.

Step 5

If ice cream is prepared in large plastic containers, it can be difficult to remove. To avoid them, place the container on a hot towel for 1 minute.
