  • -200 grams of sour cream,
  • -200 grams of sugar
  • -2 eggs,
  • -250 grams of flour,
  • -3 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder,
  • - half a can of condensed milk,
  • -1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice.
  • Cream:
  • - half a can of condensed milk,
  • -300 grams of curd cheese,
  • -400 ml of cream.
  • Impregnation:
  • -2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • -100 ml of water,
  • -1 tbsp. a spoonful of orange liqueur.

Instructions

Step 1

Break two eggs into a bowl, add 200 grams of sugar, beat until white. Then add 200 grams of sour cream and half a jar of condensed milk, mix.

Step 2

We extinguish two teaspoons of soda (no need to be afraid - this is a little) with lemon juice.

Step 3

Mix flour with cocoa powder, sift. Pour the dry mixture into a bowl with a liquid mass, mix.

Step 4

Cover the baking dish (preferably 24 cm in diameter) with paper.

Step 5

The dough can be divided into three parts, or one cake can be baked if desired.

Step 6

We heat the oven to 180 degrees. We bake the cake for 45 minutes. You can check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick.

Step 7

Cool down the biscuit. Cut off the top and turn the cake over.

Step 8

Preparing the cream.

Pour cream into a bowl and beat until peaks. Add 300 grams of curd cheese and the remaining condensed milk to the whipped cream, beat. We will get a large amount of cream, so you can take half for the cake.

Step 9

We cut the cake into three more or less equal parts. We put the first cake on a dish (the one with the top cut off) and soak it. For impregnation, mix hot water with sugar and orange liqueur, then cool. Lubricate the cake with cream. We do the same with the rest of the cakes. Cover the collected cake with cream.

Step 10

Decorate the finished cake with nuts or chocolate chips. We put in the refrigerator overnight.
