- For biscuit:
- - eggs - 4 pcs;
- - poppy seeds - 100 g;
- - flour - 50 g;
- - sugar - 180 g.

Step 1
The first thing to do is grind the poppy seeds. To do this, you can use both a blender and a coffee grinder. Pass the flour through a sieve. Combine these ingredients in one bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the first thoroughly until firm foam, while adding granulated sugar in small portions.

Gently add slightly beaten yolks to the sugar-protein mass. Mix gently. Then combine with a mixture of flour and poppy seeds. Stir again, but only with smooth up and down movements. Knead the dough.
