Boiled condensed milk cream: cooking method

The total cooking time for boiled condensed milk cream is 2 hours, of which 15 minutes require your direct participation in the process. So, you will need the following ingredients:

- 1 can of condensed milk (380 grams);

- 1 pack of butter (200 grams).

You will also need inventory:

- mixer;

- deep bowl;

- pan.

So, first remove the butter from the refrigerator, put it in a bowl, and then put it in a warm place to soften. Meanwhile, put the can of condensed milk to boil. Please note that the water must completely cover it. Condensed milk is cooked for about 1.5-2 hours (depending on the desired thickness) over low heat after boiling.

Watch the water level in the pot while boiling and add the correct amount if necessary. After 1, 5-2 hours cool the jar well by setting it to stand under the pressure of running cold water.

Then, using a mixer, beat the butter until a fluffy white mass is obtained. After 1-2 minutes, without interrupting the process, gradually add condensed milk. Whisk for about 2-3 minutes until the cream becomes light and fluffy. At your discretion, you can add vanillin and a few drops of cognac.

Note: when choosing condensed milk, pay attention to the composition and GOST. Real condensed milk must consist of milk and sugar, and also be marked with GOST 2903-78.

Recipe for "Women's Caprice" cake with boiled condensed milk cream

To make a cake with boiled condensed milk, you will need:

- boiled condensed milk cream;

- 3 eggs;

- 1, 5 glasses of sugar;

- 1, 5 Art. flour;

- 1, 5 tsp soda;

- 1, 5 glasses of sour cream;

- ½ cup chopped nuts;

- ½ cup raisins;

- ½ cup of poppy seeds.

The dough for each cake should be made separately. Whisk ½ cup sugar with 1 egg. Then add ½ cup sour cream and ½ cup flour. Whisk everything together and add baking soda and nuts at the end.

Repeat the procedure, only add raisins to the second cake instead of nuts, and poppy seeds to the third. The dough should be the same consistency as for the pancakes. Pour the dough into molds, having previously greased them with oil and grinded with flour or semolina.

Bake the cakes at 180˚ for about 20 minutes. After they have cooled down a little, take them out of the molds and start smearing with cream. You can decorate the top of the cake at your discretion.
