It happens that I really want to make a cake with boiled condensed milk from biscuit cakes or cookies at home, but this product is not at home or in the nearest store. And what now, forget about a delicious and sweet treat? Not at all - you just need to boil the condensed milk. And the conversation here is not about an old recipe that requires boiling in a pot of water for 4 hours. In the presence of a microwave, viscous brown condensed milk can be made in just 15 minutes.
It is necessary
- - a can of condensed milk (400 g);
- - deep glass bowl;
- - stirring spoon;
- - the microwave itself.
Instructions
Step 1
Open a can of condensed milk with a can opener, pour it into a deep glass bowl made of glass. It is better not to use a plastic container, for some inexplicable reason boiled condensed milk does not like it.
Step 2
Set the power of 700-800 W on the microwave (depending on the model available at home).
Step 3
Place a bowl of condensed milk in the microwave, turn on the timer for 2 minutes (it will not be possible for 3 minutes - it will "run away").
Step 4
Take out, mix thoroughly, put again for 2 minutes. A pause and stirring are necessary so that the hot mass does not "escape" from the bowl.
Step 5
Repeat this simple procedure 2 more times, that is, in total, it will take 4 sets of 2 minutes each with the obligatory mixing of the sweet and hot mass.
Step 6
When condensed milk acquires its "trademark" brown color and breathtaking taste, remove it from the microwave and cool it. Everything, can be used as a cream for a layer of cakes or as a filling for a cake.
