Step 1

Let's start by making the dough, as the cream prepares quickly.

We need soft butter, so we take it out of the refrigerator in advance and leave it to warm up.

Step 2

Pour sugar into a large bowl (it is easier to beat in it) and break the eggs, beat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Mix the whipped mass with soft butter and not fatty sour cream.

Step 3

Add flour, a teaspoon of soda to the liquid mixture and begin to knead the tough dough. We select the amount of flour ourselves, see the consistency.

Put the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Step 4

After half an hour, divide the dough into three parts of the same size.

Roll out the dough into three equal and thin rectangles.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees and alternately start baking the cakes (for each cake for 20 minutes).

Put the cooled cakes in a pile, cut off the edges (you can make a rectangle or a circle, as it is more convenient for you).

Dry the cuts from the cakes in the oven (about 7 minutes) and grind.

Preparing the cream.

We melt the pieces of chocolate in a water bath (you can even use a microwave oven, as you like).

Mix condensed milk with soft butter and melted chocolate, stir.

Grind nuts, add to condensed milk, mix.

Step 7

The cream is ready. We coat the cakes with the prepared cream. Sprinkle the cake with dried and chopped (but not small) crumbs on top and sides.

Step 8

Decorate with grated dark chocolate (nuts can be added).

We put our dessert in the refrigerator (preferably for two hours).

The cake is ready, take it out of the refrigerator, leave it to stand for 15-20 minutes at room temperature and enjoy the taste.
