Creme brulee with lavender will surely appeal to all fans of sweet desserts. Fresh strawberries, which can be substituted for raspberries or blueberries, are ideal.
It is necessary
- - 2 tbsp. l. dry lavender leaves
- - vanilla sugar
- - 7 egg yolks
- - 600 ml cream
- - Brown sugar
- - honey
Instructions
Step 1
In a separate container, combine cream, vanilla sugar (1 sachet) and dried lavender flowers. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put on low heat. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 2
Combine two tablespoons of honey, brown sugar and egg yolks in one bowl and rub thoroughly until smooth. Pour in the cream and whisk the mixture until a thick foam is obtained.
Step 3
Divide the prepared mass into molds. The mixture should fill just over half of each container. You need to bake sweet preparations for 40-45 minutes in the oven.
Step 4
Put the finished crème brulee in the refrigerator for several hours. Place a few large strawberries in each mold before serving.
