I bring to your attention a surprisingly simple recipe for a delicious and high-calorie casserole with beaten eggs. The recipe is for 5-6 people. This casserole recipe is well suited to recover from exercise and a balanced diet that promotes muscle growth.

- - 120 grams of sugar
- - 80 grams of semolina.

Step 1
Take your food processor and build something that looks like a mixer out of it. Put 8 eggs in it, preferably without shells, however, those who lack calcium can use eggs with shells. Beat the eggs mercilessly in a mixer until they are pale yellow. Add 100 grams of sugar and dissolve in beaten eggs.

If your food processor can handle cottage cheese, fine. If not, then courageously grab a simple metal colander with a fine mesh and do what I would call a feat. Rub the curd through the mesh.
Step 3
Collect from your food processor something that looks like a machine for mixing cottage cheese and what came out of eggs. Add 80 grams of semolina to the velvety cottage cheese and combine with the liquid from the mixer. Stir the ingredients until you get a smooth paste that looks like a pretty mouth-watering cream.
Step 4
Pour the resulting mass into molds so that the layer depth is no more than 2 cm. Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Everything. Set the table. The casserole goes well with sour cream or jam.
