A very spectacular-looking dish that is actually quite simple to prepare. It's also delicious!

- - 220 g dry couscous
- - 3 hard boiled eggs
- - 2 raw eggs
- - 160 g of Dutch cheese or other hard varieties
- - 1 red bell pepper
- - 1 yellow bell pepper
- - 1/4 Art. tablespoons of salt
- - vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Pour cereals into a bowl or dish, pour in 350 ml of clean water and leave for 20 minutes. During this period, the water should be absorbed into the couscous.

Step 2
Rinse the bell peppers, cut, clean out the seeds, cut off the white partitions. Cut the pulp into small pieces.

Step 3
Heat some sunflower oil in a skillet, add chopped peppers and lightly fry for three to five minutes.

Step 4
Grate Dutch or any other hard cheese on a medium grater.

Step 5
Beat raw eggs into the swollen couscous, add cheese and pieces of sweet pepper, salt and stir. Add ground black pepper if desired.

Step 6
Put one fourth of the couscous mixture in a refractory dish greased with vegetable oil. Place peeled boiled eggs in one row in the center.

Step 7
Put the rest of the couscous on the eggs, tamp with a spoon. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes, cook until a blush appears.

Step 8
Remove the casserole from the oven. Let it sit for a little while, for about twenty minutes.

Step 9
Now gently draw with a wooden or silicone spatula along the edges of the mold. Flip onto a platter and remove the casserole.

Let the casserole cool a little longer, then cut into portions and serve.
