Quite an exotic salad of tongues and eggs prepared in a special way. Without a doubt, the salad will decorate the table at any celebration.
It is necessary
- - 300 g tongue;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1/2 cans of corn;
- - greens;
- - 30 g of walnuts;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the tongue the way you normally cook it. Cut the boiled tongue into strips or cubes - as you like.
Step 2
Peel the onion and wash. Chop it finely and fry it too.
Step 3
The turn of the most interesting comes - egg pancakes. Break the eggs into a bowl, stir with a fork. Add some salt and fry into thin pancakes. In order to get what you need, grease the pan with a little vegetable oil.
Step 4
Roll the prepared pancakes into a roll. Cut the roll itself into strips. The latter can be cut in such a way that the result is straw.
Step 5
Open a can of corn and remove the liquid from it. The walnuts should be chopped into medium-sized pieces.
Step 6
Grate the cheese. You can use a coarse grater or a fine grater at your discretion. Chop the herbs.
Step 7
We form the salad. To do this, simply mix everything that you have now prepared: corn, onions, tongue, walnuts, greens and chopped egg pancakes.
Step 8
Mix everything well, season with mayonnaise and stir well again before serving.
