Step 1
Peel the beets, cut into small slices, place in a saucepan. Pour some water over the beets and simmer. It will take a long time to extinguish. It should become soft. Pass the finished beets through a meat grinder or grind in a food processor or blender, season with oil, and then sprinkle with salt, mix well.
Step 2
Chop walnuts: either cut with a knife, or grind in a mortar, or chop with a blender. Nuts should not be large, but they do not need to be chopped too much. Squeeze the juice from the pomegranate seeds, add with the nuts in the beetroot puree, mix well. Put on a dish.
Step 3
Cut the onion into rings, put the beets on top, sprinkle with herbs and walnuts. The dish is ready!
