Instructions

Step 1

Cut the meat into cubes. A little less than a regular kebab.

Cut the onion into half rings. Let's add salt and remember with our hands.

Transfer the prepared meat to a deep bowl. Add spices to taste. The best seasoning for kebabs and black pepper.

Add the prepared onion and salt to the meat and mix.

We also add tomatoes in our own juice. We mash the tomatoes with our hands and mix.

Step 6

Leave the meat to marinate in a cold place for at least 3 hours. Ideal if for the whole night.

Step 7

Let's prepare the skewers. Fill them with hot water and leave for 15 minutes so that they don't burn in the oven. We put pieces of meat on the sticks, like on skewers, put them on a suitable baking sheet so that the juice from the kebabs is burnt. We put in a preheated oven, cook for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Step 8

After about 20 minutes in the oven, turn the kebabs over.

After 30 minutes, our kebab is ready!

Serve with sauce. We enjoy delicious and juicy meat.
