This is a very quick and easy recipe for a meat dish. Breaded pork "pockets" are deliciously tasty, so they can be safely served on a festive table as a main course.
It is necessary
- - 2 boneless pork chops;
- - 1, 5 cups chopped champignons;
- - 2 cups bread crumbs;
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- - 3/4 Art. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - pepper, salt.

Step 1
Fry chopped fresh mushrooms in a skillet.
Step 2
Make an incision in each chop to create a pocket.
Step 3
Fill the chops with fried mushrooms, add grated Parmesan.
Step 4
Pepper, salt the meat on both sides, roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Now brown the pork pockets on both sides. Fry until golden brown. The meat should be soft and the cheese should melt inside the pockets.
