Not sure what to cook for dinner quickly and tasty? Pork chops are just such a dish that will help out in any situation. In a duet with your favorite side dish, it is so versatile that it is perfect both for a family meal and for the arrival of guests.
It is necessary
- - pork (chop) - 0.5 kg;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - bread crumbs;
- - vegetable oil;
- - black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pork chop into 1, 5 cm thick portions. Ideal for chops about the size of your palm.
Step 2
Beat the meat well on both sides. To do this, use a special hammer or other tools at hand. To keep the chops soft, beat until the meat fibers are tender.
Step 3
Wipe the meat all over with black pepper. Salting is not necessary at this stage to maintain juiciness during frying.
Step 4
Beat the eggs lightly, adding a little salt. Prepare the bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
Step 5
Heat the skillet. Pour in vegetable oil and heat until smoke appears. This is necessary so that the chops immediately grab and do not release the juice.
Step 6
Take the first chop, submerge it completely in the beaten eggs, lift and wait for the excess eggs to drain off. Then dip in breadcrumbs on both sides and place in the pan. Do the same with the rest of the meat.
Step 7
Once the bottom is browned and golden brown, turn the chops to the other side and cook until tender.
Step 8
Place the finished chops in a separate plate and season with salt. They can be served with French fries, mashed peas, or stewed vegetables.
