Chops will not take much time to prepare, so they can be served both for a festive table and for a regular family dinner. Any meat will do (tenderloin, neck, ham), the main thing is that there are not many thick veins or films in it.
It is necessary
- Products:
- • pork (carbonate, tenderloin, neck) - 500 g
- For cheese batter:
- • wheat flour - 6 tbsp. spoons
- • egg 1-2 pcs.
- • salt - to taste
- • hard cheese (any) - 50 grams
- • vegetable oil - 15 ml
- Spice:
- • ground pepper (black, pink, white or allspice) - 0.5 tsp.
- • dry oregano to taste
- • dry dill - a pinch
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat across the fibers 1, 5-2 cm thick and beat off with a kitchen hammer. Put the pieces in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and leave to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 2
During this time, prepare the batter. Divide eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt into a fluffy foam, grind the yolks with flour. On a fine grater, grate a piece of cheese and add to the yolk-flour dough along with spices and seasonings. Last of all, carefully add the whipped egg whites.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour some flour into a plate. Dip each slice of meat in flour, then immerse in batter and put in a frying pan. Fry the chops for 1-1.5 minutes on each side. Place the finished chops in a bowl and cover with a sheet of foil to cool slowly.
Pork chops in batter are juicy, soft and crispy.
